Please join us on September 22nd at 10am PT for our upcoming CXO Insight Call, "The AI Paradox: The Most Human Companies Will Win," featuring Raj Sisodia, author of Conscious Capitalism.

As AI becomes embedded across every organization, the question for leaders is no longer just what can AI do? but what kind of company will AI help us become?

AI is a powerful multiplier — of capabilities, but also of culture, values, and leadership. As technology becomes more ubiquitous, the distinctly human qualities of business — purpose, trust, judgment, and relationships — may become an even greater source of competitive advantage.

Raj Sisodia and Hitesh Shah will lead a provocative discussion on what this means for today’s CXOs and how leaders can harness AI to build more purposeful, trusted, and enduring organizations.

Topics we will explore:

- The business, human, societal, and planetary case for Conscious Capitalism — and why it matters more now than ever

- The four tenets that distinguish conscious enterprises and the evidence behind their performance

- Why AI companies must be conscious companies — and what's at stake when they aren't

- How businesses can leverage AI to become “super conscious” — deepening purpose and elevating stakeholders

- How AI can help scale conscious leadership and coaching

- Why, in the age of AI, the most human companies may ultimately be the most competitive, trusted, and enduring
